What Catch keeps about you
Catch keeps only what it needs to run your account and to help you when something goes wrong.
What we keep and why
- Your Telegram account
- When you sign in from Telegram, we keep your Telegram id and username, linked to your Catch account and your wallet addresses. We keep them to support your account: if your money is stuck, this is how we find it.
- Alerts
- If you turn on Telegram alerts, we keep your Telegram id and the alerts you chose, so the Catch bot can message you.
- Counting visits
- To count how many people open Catch, sign in and add money, we store a one-way code made from your Telegram id or wallet, never the id itself.
- Your wallet and trades
- Your wallet address and your trades are public on Base and Robinhood Chain. Privy runs sign-in and your wallet. Catch never holds your private key.
- Who can read it
- Only the Catch team, from a private support tool. The app can add to your record but cannot read it back. We do not sell or share it.
